My last company put me through about 5 hours of behavioral interviews. I did really well in the beginning and then the last couple of hours I was tanking hard. I felt like I couldnt put two thoughts together. Im surprised they made me an offer.yeesh 5 hours? that sounds like overkill. was it for a managerial or senior position in the company? im gonna plan for 8 or so questions and hope they come up --- ...
