Yeah, touch screens, motion controls, device-to-device communication, dual-screens, rumble feedback, early online gaming, passive handheld communication, glasses-less 3D, and whatever the hell you want to call the Switch, were all super outdated ideas that were from the past.

Like lol come on dude. Nintendo's main problem of being old-fashioned was for online infrastructure and HD, and that's about it. They're innovative to a fucking fault, a lot of the time.


The touch screen is just standard nowadays. Motion Control, The Dreamcast had. Device to Device, The Dreamcast had. Dual Screen, w/e. Rumble feedback..maybe? It thought that was PS1. But the Saturn had more or less created what we know today. Early online gaming? That is the Dreamcast. Handheld com..don't know. 3D Glasses, The Sega Master System had that. And the switch is just a glorified handheld.
