My niece at 13-14 says stuff about society and people that I didn't come to the realization of until my 20s. Anecdotal, but it inspires hope. Also, my other niece is the same. I can have grown ass psychological conversations with them. It's pretty dope. Sometimes they even fill in blanks I was missing. My nieces and nephews are the same. For example, they think that being transgender is totally fine, just a person born in the wrong body, when it took me an embarrassingly long time to think the same thing. --- Take a lesson from parakeets.
