Wouldn't the acid just curdle the milk some tho I Google'd mixing orange juice and milk to investigate your claim, and there are indeed several sites asserting that orange juice can cause milk to curdle and, by mixing the two drinks together, this curdling will take place in your stomach and can cause gastric distress.
