Local school administration has absolutely nothing to do with keeping cases low during the summer time. Keeping the spread as low as possible so it doesn't have a chance to spread like wildfire in schools in the fall is part of "As a country, we should be doing everything we can right now, for lots of reasons, to make sure we can safely reopen schools in the fall."

Your answer is a deflection from Trump being a piece of shit when it comes to COVID-19 response. We can't as a country "do everything we can right now to make sure we can safely reopen schools in the fall" when the president still acts like COVID-19 is a Democratic hoax to make him lose the election and not an actual problem.
