It felt like we were more like really close friends than lovers. So, I plucked up the courage to dump him when I went off to college. It was hard, but I think it was the right choice for both of us. Then I was sort of on and off FWB with my current boyfriend for a long time. We started to fight a lot about some random stuff and I guess he got tired of it and found someone else to go steady with. I was heartbroken over that because we had an unspoken devotion to each other. It was like being in a relationship without the label. He was off and away for quite a while and I found myself in tears over it quite often. Well, things worked out eventually so I guess we all lived and learned a bit from the experience, right?
