If you're f2p, you need to be patient with this sort of thing. People with disposable income can +10 whenever. Otherwise, you need to decide what you're going to +10 and be diligent with it. More importantly you need to recognize when it's not going to happen this time around. Don't fall into the trap of being stuck at like +7 and going "I have to finish this now!".
