The latter can imply that she wouldn't date a white man even if she found him attractive. Like, it's one thing to have preferential features, but it's another to have arbitrary beliefs that determine what you find attractive. If you just happen to be turned off by all of a color of skin, that's real weird but not necessarily racist.
