Basically, you do one push-up, walk 30 feet, do two more, walk back to the original spot, do three, walk another 30 feet, do 4, back to the original spot, do 5, etc. Then when you hit a peak number, you work your back down to 1. I went up to 20, so the total is 400. And yeah push-ups alone don't make you swoll. I've been going to the gym seriously for a couple months now. But that many push-ups within that time frame (about 30 minutes) will definitely pump you up and make you look even swoller. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
