Thing is, Phil hasn't accomolished anything in his life, unless you count the negative as an accomplishment. He's literally jealous of the attention the vest is getting. It's no different than anything else chat talks about that inevitably leads to Phil getting pissed that chat isn't talking about him. He hates that his chat has this power over him, yet he has to keep pushing the streak because it is guaranteed money for zero effort. If the money stops, he's going to jettison the vest as fast as possible. This is Phil's definition of success.
