Topic	Should Americans be proud to be an American right now?

I agree with your sentiment, and wish it were that simple. But thats not realistically what America is today. Look through the comments section of ANY minority female elected official and try and tell me that this country is full of love. this country is absolutely full of love and I still love you despite us disagreeing. We all grind through the day. We all try our best to get through our own suffering. lets fight that discrimination together and do it with unity in mind. Lets make sure we stand up and FIGHT Together for the ideal we want instead of letting a few loud voices at the top continue to breed division. they are not our voice. The voice of america has always been its citizens. And there are a ton screaming that voice loudly, and there are a few screaming nefariously. lets work together and do it with love.
