He took one the next day, she opted out. This after thousands of dollars on lawyers and bail money. I don't blame her. Polygraph tests are bullshit, there is no such thing as a lie detector. All a Polygraph does is crudely record your response to questions. Sweating, shaking, heatbeat etc and someone has to guess whether or not increases or changes in you're reponse implies dishonesty.
