You don't need to be an expert to qualify to do so and it's absolutely in no shape or form rude or disrespectful to the experts. There's no point in claiming to be an expert if you're not communicating your knowledge. This skill, being able to ask the right questions to analyze information, is a skill that 4chan is an absolute master at. As a result, they've generated a considerable number of millionaires and wealth of the knowledge gleaned from such discussions and have been able to predict major events ahead of time.
