The only time(s) that's prohibited is if it were for one of the protected reasons (race, age, etc). If I didn't like a place, be it the working conditions or the pay then you know what I did? I left. Not to mention the fact that if the average American consumer were smarter and less lazy they would use whatever free time they have to deal hunt like some of us do to get the best prices WITHOUT supporting Amazon.
