Like, I like the ability to flex that classic open queing brings, but there isn't a good way to stop your team going like, 5 dps heroes without a role queue type of system in place.

Actually, I would be fine with the current role queue system if the game doesn't need to take 15 or more damn minutes to put you in a game for picking dps. I can pick a game with a much, much larger community like call of duty and get in games instantly, but overwatch needs to take damn near 20 minutes each time, for picking a certain role? MMR these nuts, something isn't up with the system.

dps queues are so long because people want to play dps more than tank/support. This is evident by all the 3-6dps games you end up with outside role queue

and even before role queue, if you picked a tank/healer at the beginning of the match thats basically what you were stuck with, cause the dps were never gonna switch off. Might as well have been queueing just to tank or heal instead of dps
