Even for the most hardcore Republicans Wearing a mask has been a cultural thing for Asians, but 6 months ago if a non-Asian American wore a mask in public they would have received weird looks and possibly even been looked at as a criminal depending on where they went. Now even when COVID19 is over, some people will continue to wear masks and no one will bat an eye. Wearing a mask in public will be a symbol of this generation tbh, even decades from now.
