There are very few Gen 1 Pokemon I would confidentially say are low fodder, and Slowpoke isn't one. Slowpoke looks goofy enough to get Mid Fodder votes probably. It would be on the low end of Mid Fodder admittedly. Elastigirl is part of one of the most beloved Pixar moves, is the main character of the sequel and probably gets waifu votes so she could be as high as High Fodder, but I feel closer to Mid. --- Born to lose, live to win!
