Obamagate is that Obama targeted Michael Flynn to try and sabotage Trump's presidency. The FBI caught Michael Flynn discussing Russia's sanctions with the Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak because they were wiretapping Sergey Kislyak's phone. This discussion was in violation of the Logan Act. When asked about the discussion by the FBI, Michael Flynn lied about it. Michael Flynn was fired after it was revealed that he was in fact talking to the Russian ambassador. He got charged for lying about the discussion.
