Based on this poll, it should be pretty close, but I guarantee the majority would vote 2pm for that (honestly, nobody thinks back would mean 10am), meaning those same people should be voting 10am here.

It should be: Going back(ward) means further away (in time), so thatd be 2pm. Forward usually means something along the lines of closer toward you, up close, to get ahead or in front of, and in the case of time its earlier/before. So if youre moving 2hrs forward in comparison to noon...youd be at 10am.
