Even women were shaking their heads at such a ridiculous appeal. Not because it was impossible, but that it was laughably unnecessary... When an appeal to resolve gender discrimination involves invoking a double standard in the other direction as the "solution", it's a scam. The team making the appeal knew what they were really attempting to pull and so did the authorities.
