I recall a video where a guy open carrying got the cops called on him. Cop approached him calmly, talked to him, assessed the situation then said "oh ok, have a good day, just be careful"...Done. This guy is just calmly walking home but because he's dark and has a portion of his face covered the cops come in already stressed out talking about "i have the right to stop you!" or whatever, already was ready to put him into a head lock no even 3 seconds in. Doesn't matter who fucked up "worse".
