Could dude have handled it better? Maybe. But that woman (and I use the term loosely) knew exactly what she was doing. You could see it in her face she she got out of the car that she was ready for a confrontation, and then she saw that she was being filmed. She then resorted to the age old, tried and true method of if I cry loud enough someone will come rescued from the scary black guy. Its just another example of black skin being weaponized.

You know after watching this again, I really can't say I know what is going on.
TBH, I am thinking that woman may have been a victim of some past trauma.
That simply is not a normal response. As in, it seems she doesn't want someone to know who or where she is.
~Particularly the way she flips when he shows the plates, and how she protects them like it is her child or a pet.

There is something else going on here that we do not know.
Was it right for her to do whatever in the car? Probably not...none of it was caught on film.

But that dude should have backed off a bit when she started to lose her shit like that.
I'm sorry, but I feel there is something more going on here.

I don't want to speculate what I think might be behind the scene...but I think it could be something very bad.

Having said that, yes woman can and do weaponize their tears.
No all woman, but some. I've seen it many times, and it's not always a race thing.
