Thats all well and good, but to be honest, thats only going to allow that kind of behavior to continue. It needs to be addressed when it happens because then they believe that theyre free of consequences. Could dude have handled it better? Maybe. But that woman (and I use the term loosely) knew exactly what she was doing. You could see it in her face she she got out of the car that she was ready for a confrontation, and then she saw that she was being filmed. She then resorted to the age old, tried and true method of if I cry loud enough someone will come rescued from the scary black guy.
