It's true that some restaurants have dress codes, and it's also true that some restaurants use a dress code as an excuse to discriminate.

The fact that this guy was nitpicking about one kid's graphic tee having athletic logos and the other kid's graphic tee not having athletic logos tells me this is not about dress code. A t-shirt is a t-shirt. Theres no way their policy draws this distinction.


Yeah, I'm not agaisnt dress codes. But you have to enforce it on everyone.

They got caught in a double standard. And even after being caught and knowing they were wrong didn't concede and back down.
