Shea jokingly POINTS it at him and PULLS the trigger not knowing that a SINGLE BULLET was still inside...Sean was instantly killed from a gunshot to the chest. He is now charged with one count of manslaughter following the incident His best friend had arrived to his home to play video games that night at 7:49pm as Harkins went out of the room to show off his Colt M4 Rifle that he just customized before Cook arrived. Harkins told police he had jokingly pointed the rifle at him just as Cook asked his final question that night to him before Shea stupidly presses the trigger.. Shea admitted to pulling the trigger thinking it wasn't loaded as first responders arrived to take Cook to hospital where was pronounced dead exactly ONE HOUR after he was shot at 8:55pm.
