Topic	What happened to User of the Year?

You can see that clearly reflected on the board - outside of the Politics topic, we aren't nearly as competitive or confrontational as we used to be. Hardly anyone tries to "make their mark" on the board these days. I remember loving making a Stats topic so I'd get that guaranteed 500 posts.
