| Malcrasternus 06/19/20 9:44:34 PM #40: | The Mulford Act, introduced by Republican Don Mulford was co sponsored by three Democratic legislators, passed through the Dem controlled assembly with 2/3 majority, and passed through the also Dem controlled senate 29 to 7, finally to be signed into law by Richard Nixon. So, if we're pointing fingers here, I'm going to point it at power hungry politicians. Which is to say, all of them.
