The governor intentionally opened everything up super early to kick people off of unemployment and then had the gall to blame young people going to places for continuing to spread the virus.

But is the governor wrong when he's actually right about young people are more likely to spread the virus?

Look at California when almost half of all new cases are from those under 35. Despite the difference in policy, both places have young people testing positive at high rates.
