As I mentioned before im from NY and saw first hand some of it. I remember one day my state had 9k cases 800+ deaths in April and saw people freaking out that a GOP state had a record 200 cases with like under 20 deaths. Glad those days are behind us. I can't imagine if another state had to go through 800+ corona deaths daily. No its not. You miss the context. California can handle the increase in cases because they did the prep work.
