The gap between the two states last I checked a month ago was about 120k for NJ and 56k for CA. Now it 171k for NJ and 167k for CA. Wonder what happened. I haven't followed CA much I just know last I heard they were praised for shutting down early and that they handled it among the best in US. I guess the media narrative is more on Arizona, Texas, and Florida than what going on in CA right now. Bingo! Theres this belief that these states more relaxed approach would be doomsday, and that Calis stricter protocol would be more beneficial.
