Kind of agree tbqh

I'm 30 this year, and I think back to my parents and friends' parents in their 30s, and they just seem so much more "grown up" than I feel. I'm married, have a mortgage, will start trying for kids in the next few months, and yet I still don't feel as "grown up" as my parents seemed when I was younger. It's odd.

I'm 30 and almost share this sentiment. Though also.
1. Do we have evidence that our predecessors didn't also feel this way? I have heard countless older people talk about how quickly life goes by and how 'unprepared' they felt.
2. We're still not sure how Zoomers will turn out. Even if it is true that we're experiencing something different than previous generations, we can't be sure that the next generation won't do the same thing or be worse.
