Usually I eat dinner around 7-9 PM and then my next meal wouldn't be until about noon the next day. If you sleep for 8-9 hours you're really only awake without food for a short period of time. You'll get used to the restriction pretty quick. My biggest issue is that I would "idle eat" and now I try to keep myself busy.
