Ive been doing it since January. One meal a day(dinner only). I was just eating too much...and Ive noticed some huge differences which is great.

First, I get full WAY faster now. I feel like my stomach has shrank, meaning I cant gorge on food like I used too. Youd think not eating breakfast or lunch would make you ravenous come dinner time, but I eat a regular sized dinner. And I have to eat a lot slower now, because eating fast will make me feel way too full and terrible.

When exercising more, I noticed it was definitely harder to stick to the one meal a day fast. But I started doing this thing where on weekdays, I do one meal a day. Weekends I do no intermittent fasting, so it gives me something to look forward to.

Although, I think eating whatever on weekends is ruining results from during the week, so I think Im gonna commit more to it.

I've noticed a lot better focus and memory on it, too. Less depressed. Easier to be happy. Better mood.

Plus you save a TON of time and money only worrying about dinners only. Not having to plan each meal and worry about what Im eating next. Sundays I meal prep enough food for like 4 days.
