Because that DOES happen. It's what led to that raid. The full story was never disclosed but apparently the guy was fleeing from an undercover operation, and when he got to that house, they armed themselves and threatened the officers in pursuit, which is what led to ATF stopping by. My dad and I were tuned into the police scanner until they switched to a different frequency when ATF showed up.
