I don't always fully get to know songs before I use them, so I can genuinely say wow what happened at 1:40 that transition and following section until 2:30ish is awesome! The rest of the song just drags a bit, but I enjoy the magical fantasy vibes. The song sounds like a cheesy love song a high-schooler would write for his girlfriend in the 80s, not at all like other songs I've heard off this soundtrack! There's a related video on YouTube that shows it to play during some rhythm mini-game, so I'm kinda surprised that it's as popular as it is. banshiryuu posted... This is another "normally 8.0 but 8.5 today" song, I love the unapologetically R&B/hip-hop elements from the main singer to the backing choir and even the sassy Lizzo-like rap verse.
