My grocery store has the bags of premade dough

Made a few pizzas with those and some homemade sauce

Thought of making my own dough but the bagged stuff is already made by a local bakery. Can't imagine it'd be any different or better if I did it myself

pre-made dough is all right, but its better to just make your own. its simple as hell, and you can easily portion out how much you think you need. one important suggestion though, if you're going to make your own then you want to make enough for multiple pizzas and to do that the easiest way is to get a really big bowl to do all the mixing and kneading in.

currently in love with this sour dough starter i've been using for all my bread products.
