And the group must be prepared to defend their rights Those cops are scumbags though. Under my reforms all involved would be immediately fired and imprisoned for assault and violating that protestors first degree rights and fourth degree rights. There would be heavy penalties for law enforcement officials when it comes to violating these constitutional rights.
