Gifts for other people I typically buy new, but I'll still price match to an extent. Grocery store shopping, I'm mostly a bargain shopper. I'm not picky so store brand is great, but I'll take advantage of sales and either get stuff I don't normally get, or I get more of it or I'm getting something "higher" quality. It helps me save money so when insurance is due, holidays are around, etc., I can spend money on it but not fret.
