Thinking about it, what would you guys think to police trial running rubber bullets on the beat instead of just for the likes of protests and riots? rubber bullets are really only effective for crowd control and theyre pretty damn dangerous for liability reasons departments would never want to use them for stuff like this because the chances are way too high of them bouncing and destroying property or hitting someone else thats why all police use hollow point rounds now.
