Also if we're tossing out driving offenses, texters are worse. I mean we're not talking about somebody taking change from the take a penny, leave a penny tray when they don't need it, or somebody purposely not holding the door for the person behind them. There is no lack of knowledge about the dangers of driving drunk. This isn't something people aren't educated about, it's not a "whoopsy, my bad."
