Did they condemn the "dont step on mah freedom" protests that happened in defiance of stay at home orders? I don't remember.
Also, the WHO and CDC didn't put the regulations in place, the state governments did.
State governments have also taken varying positions on both these regulations and on the protests. Governments in general are cracking down way harder on the current protests than they did to enforce their stay at home orders. This is a bit odd to me.

The way I see it, protests are optional. Going to work when your workplace open, is not. Not if you want to survive. So states should be condemned for putting their citizens into positions that force them out and together.
