If you think the officer had eyes in the back of his head and intentionally stopped so the dude would 'run into him' as an excuse to arrest him, I don't know what to tell you. The dude was crossing behind the officer of his own accord. The officer was not in front of the protester until the protester stepped into place behind him. Watch again, and as I said, pay close attention to their positions and movement. Don't watch it once (or read about it once) and draw conclusions. --- I write Naruto Fanfiction.
