Oh s*** when was that? How have you recovered? Tearing my bicep completely changed my life for a good year and the arm atrophied to a noodle within a month of being in a cast.

I'm going to compete at 198 with a projected 620 deadlift, 520 squat, and 365 bench press. I want to say my bench will be more but last time the comp drained me and I barely gutted out 350 when that was easy for me in training.
Bro that squat and deadlift would be insane at 198. Bench is always a tough one because I've always been in the mindset that like you either have to gain weight to increase the bench or live with like 5lb gains on bench every 6 months haha. Bench is weird in comp because the pad plays so much into it. I'll be attempting 405 soon so I'm pumped.

I tore it about a year ago. I really just had to take it easy for like 6 months, no surgery thankfully. I just started doing like block pulls and belt squats and didn't have any pain. Definitely makes me nervous anytime I pull off the floor now, but I guess you always need a little excitement when lifting!
