Aressar 06/13/20 8:41:58 AM #21:	Get rid of the electoral college, winner-takes-all, gerrymandering etc and ensure that every vote counts, so people have more options than 'vote strategically' or 'vote the lesser of two evils' or 'not vote because the majority of my state doesn't agree with me'.
