I have a prepared statement:

Let it be known throughout the CEAZ that the funds earmarked for "enhancement" have been properly allocated to their assigned destination(s) as voted upon in the scheduled convocation known as "Big Ass Titties Referendum" which everyone was invited to and yet two people attended. Having properly established the convocation, a motion was made and a resolution was approved by the attending members as to the allocation of the funds. You can read all the minutes of this convocation on the website and we ask that any additional comments on the referendum be submitted in triplicate through the proper channels and before the close of the business day.
