Yes, Trump uses dogwhistles, but he uses those alongside blatant bullhorn racism. As do people like Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham and Fox News in general, who don't even have to go the Lee Atwater route of being "so abstract" anymore, because Trump has normalized open racism in this country. --- Touch fuzzy.
