For a pair of pants 3 million dollars of emotional damage for the loss of his pants. Claimed it cost him $90,000 to drive to another dry cleaner. Then spent over a thousand hours in suing them with excessive harrasment and intentionally exasperated discovery to bully them for years. Made them spend over $100,000 in legal fees that they could only afford due to a local news supported kickstarter/Go fund me thing. His whole case was based on the fact they had a "Satisfaction Guaranteed" sign on the wall. For the record the couple claims they never lost the pants and the judge is lying.
