It's not, I don't think it's debatable this site handles things like racism poorly from an "overall" perspective. Any kind of crackdown would effectively mean bringing back the KoS or a KoS-like system (consider Reddit where it's against the site-wide rules to use an alt to bypass a ban). It would also mean instituting a lower or zero tolerance moderation system, which given Allen's actions over the years is the exact opposite direction it has gone.
