Topic	Police slashing tires because afraid of being hit by parked cars

Apparently they're tactically slashing tires of cars they think people can run them over with or have stuff inside that can be dangerous. Like BS, there's literally videos of people having their tires slashed inside of a parking lot with almost all of the cars being slashed.
