The Knicks have been terrible for literal decades now and the tickets are still super expensive because they are basically a tourist attraction and people (and businesses) will buy the tickets no matter what. Fans are truly on their own side in this. This proposal isn't the last chance at having a season, but if it was I think the vast majority fans would support it.
